After the great day celebrated our friends’ marriage, many of us packed our bags and continued with our journey. Before we depart the island, the newlywed couple invited us to the venue once more and treated us a delicious brunch. After, Debbie and I traveled together to see the south island.
We flew with Air New Zealand and arrived at Christchurch around 6pm, which still left us some time to walk around the city before dusk. It was a nice afternoon. The warm weather allowed us to wear just our t-shirt and let our arms to see some light. Christchurch is a small city and very Cambridge like with many of their Victorian style houses, small river and a botanical garden. We followed the tourist train track and hit most of the major attractions. We ended our night with Indian food, which was really good and reminded me so much when the time I was in London.
