For the love of dancing, and to get serious of preparing myself to compete in November, I realize that I need more strength on my legs, abs, lower back, and shoulders. Last night, with my little brother’s help, I started some weight exercise. Let’s see if I can keep it as my regular exercise. I won’t do that everyday, but maybe 3 times a week. My brothers suggested me to do yoga. Maybe I will give it a try as well.
