If we were all raised in a society where we are nude all the time, you'ld find it strange to wear cloths doing yoga, or anything else for that matter. Giving up your cloths is giving up the hang ups in your head that you have been so conditioned to by others. You feel shamed doing so because others have made you feel that way. Stop living the shame of others and start living the one and only life you have in your skin. You will never have it to enjoy again when you depart this world. We are all mind body and soul, anything else hanging on you is just clothing... something to hide behind.

While there may be "co-ed" nude yoga classes, a majority of them are just for men. And, yes, they're meant to be just for men.

Not everything has to include women.

If you want info, just Google "nude yoga."

Could you imagine the embarrassing looks on these guys faces when they realize there are no women in the class?

... so, umm... where are these classes, prey-tell?

Nude yoga? I've heard it all now. You don't need to get naked to enjoy the spiritual side of yoga. The spiritual stuff comes from within. IMO whoever is pushing the nude yoga as being more spiritual is a charlatan.

I don't know if the class was originally just designed for guys or if it was for co-ed. There is a highly likely hood that the class was designed for co-ed. Many guys signed up, paid, then showed up and see no girls ... or maybe, it is a male bonding moments. I wouldn't know as I am a girl. No "girls power" or "girls rule" this time.

Boys rule! good for you boys!

Yoga is not designed just for girls ;-)

Hell, no, I ain't doing nude yoga. And are the aforementioned men more open to the idea, if it's in a co-ed environment? Would they be so open to it if it were just a group of guys, naked in a room, in compromising positions?

No, thank you. My private body parts are just that: private. For the viewing and enjoyment of a very select few.
