Giving up your cloths is giving up the hang ups in your head that you have been so conditioned to by others. You feel shamed doing so because others have made you feel that way. Stop living the shame of others and start living the one and only life you have in your skin. You will never have it to enjoy again when you depart this world. We are all mind body and soul, anything else hanging on you is just clothing... something to hide behind. And, yes, they're meant to be just for men. Not everything has to include women. If you want info, just Google "nude yoga." There is a highly likely hood that the class was designed for co-ed. Many guys signed up, paid, then showed up and see no girls ... or maybe, it is a male bonding moments.
