I haven’t written anything for months already. Life has been pretty busy with work, school, dancing and going out. School is busy. It is not easy to do school and work at the same time, especially doing an intense program, but I am learning alot.
For dancing, I am enjoying it. Learning standard ballroom dancing is fun, and it is not as easy as I thought. Now ballroom dancing is considered as a sport in Olympics, I will say it is a contact sport. It is more so than the sexy latin dance, since the standard dancing partners have to dance like they are glued together. Steps have to be prefectly sync together, so we won’t step each others feet, and won’t get into each others way. There are lots of techniques for me to learn. I wish I have more time to practice and get better at it.
With the two new skills that I have now - project management and ballroom dancing, I will say they are useful, and I am looking for chances to use my new skill set somewhere. I am feeling that I have better coordination to manage procedures / steps, and skills to make moves to un-tango difficult situtations =p
