I would like “animal style” please =)

Posted on Saturday 9 July 2005

On my last day in San Fransico, Kevin & I had “In-N-Out”, animal style. Mike and Kevin introduced me to the animal style, and they highly recommended it from their experience. I have to say, it was pretty good.

Mike seems like a regular at In-N-Out. He taught me many other secret code to order their hambugers. It was fun to use their code.

For the few hours, Mike, Kevin & I did a walking tour starting from the Farmer’s Market near the Ferry’s Terminal had some food. Then, we walked along the pier to the Fisherman Wharf. We had lunch at In-N-Out, then clam chowder in a sour dough bread bow at Boudin Bistro. We went to see the Lombard Street’s famous twist. That area has many beautiful houses. Cars lined up to go down the steep and curvey street. There were people to control the traffic. It is not only fun to drive down the curves, I assumed. It is very beautiful as well with lots of flowers surrounded. We quickly walked through the North Beach and headed back to the Ferry’s terminal, which is near by our hotel and picked up some gelato. We hurried back to our hotel to pick up my stuff and left to the airport for my flight. Only if I knew my flight was delayed for an hour, I would have been a little more relaxed and enjoyed a bit more SF with Mike & Kevin.

This trip to SF was wonderful. I am happy to meet many Kevin’s friends who are not only smart, but very friendly and sweet people. Most importantly, I had an amazing time at Courtney & Chris’s wedding. I will blog about my beginning part of my trip and the wedding later.

For now, you all can enjoy the pictures first =)

In-n-Out is distinctively SoCal, but they’ve been branching out in the last few years, but will always be known as “ours”. :P

There’s a few more non-menu items: Animal style, Protein, 2×4, 4×4, Flying Dutchman, Well-done fries, Choc-Van shake, Neo shake. I’m sure there’s more, but these are the ones I’ve ben using for years.

SF sounded like a blast! Great pics!

That place looks like a scream. The southwest has all the cool fast food joints.
