The past two years I have been paying more attention to watches and trying to search for a watch I really like - a good quality watch with nice design. I havenât found the watch yet, but this watch has gotten my attention. I found the watch from a car magazine. And yes, the watch has everything to do with Mercecdes SLR. It is such a nice design that you can see the car in the watch. How sweet! Of course it is an expensive watch (£7850) with all the bells and whistles that are specifically for car racing. Not only that, the watch is exclusive to the car owner to purchase, which the car suggested price is £315K. The watch is like a gay man - sexy, fashionable and a great figure - something i can drool over but can’t have.
Oh whew! I thought this was a post by Kevin - I was really confused! First, by the idea that Kevin would be so attracted to a watch with such a complicated user interface; followed closely by confusion over the “gay man I can’t have” comment!
I know I rarely blog and that probably make this site become Kev’s own personal blog. The last few time I post my personal entries (not related to travelling), I do get comments of they thought that was Kev’s post and they got scared by first reading the post thinking that was Kev’s view.
“The gay man I can’t have” comment - I didn’t put gay man in at first, but then I don’t want to imply that I can’t have a sexy, fashionable and great figure man while I have Kev ;p
The Monaco watch is a nice watch as well, but I still like the SLR watch better. It is the side of the watch, the design and the detail that really got me. Also, I always like the barrel face, eventhough I never own a barrel face watch in my life ever just because my wrist is too small for that type of design.
In the meantime, I am wearing a new watch that I am happy with due to its technology - run by solar energy. It claims the watch can operate for 6 months after it is fully charged.
