Today I went to a city farm in central London. It is hard to believe finding a farm in a big city like London, right in Zone 1 using the underground map. I was supposed to meet my friends for branch in the farm, but I missed it due to misunderstanding and poor co-ordination between us. The farm has many different animals: chicken, turkey, pigs… Some of the chicken (different breeds) are beautiful - very colourful.
On my way from the Old Street Tube station to the farm, I passed by the flower market on Columbia Street. It was packed with people. Flowers were beautiful, and prices weren’t expensive. Along the street, there were many little stores. They were all selling different stuff and seem very interesting.
Kevin has been away for a week already. I can’t wait until he returns on this Tuesday. I am planning to take him to the farm and explore the area on a weekend.
